Spa Etiquette
Appointments are available by appointment only. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time for consultation. If you are running late, please be aware that this will encroach on the length of your treatment time.
We are a small intimate Spa, so to ensure the ultimate relaxing experience for all our guests we ask that you turn off any mobile devices and keep noise to a minimum whilst in the Spa.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Lateness
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum notification of 24 hours, after which 50% of the full service fee will be charged.
100% of the full service will be charged for any late cancellations on the day or no-show appointments.
Vouchers or prepaid treatments will also be forfeited for late cancellation and no shows.
Spa Packages, appointments booked for more than 2 hours and group bookings require a minimum notification of 48 hours. A deposit of 50% is also required for the above.
